Options for a healthier lifestyle
Hello and welcome. My name is Lorraine, and I would like to help you on your journey to be your best self, to feel heard and to know that you matter. Stories shape the way we think and feel, the things we do, and the way we understand the world. I look forward to listening to yours.
My practice is rooted in the principles of empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in a holistic approach to health care, recognizing the importance of treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In 25+ years of practice, I have worn many hats and strive to incorporate any or all of these to work with you in creating a personalized treatment plan to address your goals.
Psychotherapy - Medication Management - Alternative Therapies
What is Integrative Medicine? This is an approach to healthcare that focuses on health and healing, rather than disease and treatment.
As an NP, decades ago I felt the shift from whole patient care to simply writing prescriptions all day. I became interested in alternatives for both physical and mental health. Although it was over 20 years ago, my IMD degree included study in complementary domains to include mind-body therapies, biology-based therapies, energy therapies, homeopathy, Iridology, Reiki, Ayurveda, nutrition, functional medicine, & medical massage, just to name a few.
